When Sushi Shikon was awarded its 3rd Michelin star , the owners reached out to CRED to publicise its achievement in Hong Kong.
We positioned Sushi Shikon as a six-star restaurant, as it is the only Japanese restaurant in the world to hold three Michelin stars in two locations. We organised three media lunches with top Hong Kong journalists from international media outlets Financial Times, Wall Street Journal and local media giants TVB and South China Morning Post. We also specifically targeted Hong Kong’s affluent foodies by helping Sushi Shikon gain coverage in influential local food and lifestyle magazines such as Eat & Travel Weekly, Crave and HK Tatler. By organizing a series of well-attended events, we helped Sushi Shikon build strategic partnerships with luxury brands such as Quintessentially and Vertu.
Sushi Shikon experienced a 140 percent increase in bookings and extended its cooperation with CRED by three months.
