We are a data driven agency and review outcomes as well as outputs. We will evaluate whether your campaign’s targeted messages reached your audience by looking at number of articles, mentions, quality of coverage, visitors, engagement, clicks, shared articles, content engagement, % message inclusion, % increase in awareness, unique visitors, website visitors, sales etc as well as the all-important impact – did the campaign change behaviours, opinions and attitudes.
We prefer not to measure advertising value equivalent (AVE) when we do media relations as it is not an industry standard, many media are digital or moving to digital so have a lesser value than print and the publicity could be negative. It makes little sense to measure advertising.
